Cancellation Policy
Plans change while travelling. We simply ask for as much notice as you can give, so the therapist scheduled for you can be reassigned.
Changing Your Appointment
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least four hours notice, subject to availability.
Message us on WhatsApp with your original booking details and your preferred new date or time.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than four hours before your appointment are free of charge.
Cancellations within four hours, or once the therapist has departed for your location, may incur a fee covering therapist time and travel.
Late Arrival & Access
If we cannot access your villa, hotel room, or residence at the confirmed time, the therapist will wait up to twenty minutes.
Treatment time may be shortened to respect the following appointment, and the original fee remains payable.
Our Cancellations
In rare cases such as illness, unsafe weather, or unexpected travel disruption we may need to reschedule. We will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available time, or cancel with no charge.
