A booking request is not confirmed until we reply with confirmation of the therapist, date, and arrival time.

Availability is subject to therapist schedules, travel distance, and demand, particularly during evenings and high season.

We serve the areas listed on our website. Travel is included within our standard service areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard coverage and will be confirmed before your appointment.

Please ensure the address or villa name you provide is accurate and that our therapist can access the property at the agreed time.

Our therapist arrives with a massage table, fresh linens, towels, oils, and the equipment needed for your treatment.

Please provide a clean, level space of roughly two by three metres with access to a power point where possible.

Our treatments are non-medical wellness services. Please inform us of pregnancy, injuries, recent surgery, allergies, or medical conditions before your appointment so we can advise on suitability.

ÉLARA provides professional, non-sexual therapeutic treatments only. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate end of the appointment and the full fee remaining payable.
