Your details are used to confirm therapist availability, arrange travel to your accommodation, deliver your treatment, and communicate with you about your appointment.

We may contact you about your booking by WhatsApp or email. We do not sell your information.

Your booking details are shared with the therapist assigned to your appointment and, where relevant, the villa or hotel staff coordinating access.

Booking requests are sent through WhatsApp, which processes messages under its own privacy terms.

We keep booking records only as long as needed for service, accounting, and support purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by messaging ÉLARA Home Spa on WhatsApp.
